RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Customer satisfaction is our priority.
OUR GUARANTEE
Every Baju product is guaranteed to be free of manufacturing defects. We will gladly accept any defective item for a refund or exchange.
ELIGIBILITY
Returns and exchanges are accepted for items that are defective or damaged upon receipt. To be eligible, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
- Free of any customer-caused damage
- In original packaging with all labels and tags still attached
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN OR EXCHANGE
Email us at care@baju.ph with your order number, product details, and reason for the request. Our team will respond within 1–2 working days. Once approved, items must be returned within 7 working days.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Sale items and purchases made with discount codes are strictly non-returnable.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- We are not responsible for items lost during return transit.
- Replacement items for exchanges are subject to stock availability.
- Refunds are issued as store credit, automatically applied to your next order.
- Returned items take up to 7 working days to process upon receipt.
